My hobbies are dancing, watching movies, and reading. At the moment I've been reading quite a few science related books. My current endeavor is Genome: The Autobiography of a Species in 23 Chapters by Matt Ridley.
Yes, I must toot my own horn, If I don't who will. I am an alumni of Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and a graduate student of Concordia University in Portland, Oregon where I've recently received my masters in Middle School Science Education. I am in the process of renewing my National Board Certification in EA Mathematics. I continue to attend a host of workshops, conferences, and participate in professional learning communities. My most recent being MSU-WIPRO UrbanSTEM Fellowship. As you can see I still enjoy learning as much as I can and bringing all that I can back to the students I teach everyday. |
